After an ambush near Fazenda Alegria on
River Bengo banks. With the potencial enemy group
on the other side the Company starts to plan
a improvised raft crossing.

All the raft construction material is taken across
a heavy grass field. The training from CIOE at Lamego
is now field tested the hard way.

Finally the crossing of River Bengo.
The raft crossing was helped from the river banks
with sisal ropes and sheaves.
